Return of Non Working product

On November 21 I placed an order with Amazon.com to purchase an Xbox360 Wireless Network Adapter. A/B/G&N Networks. I was given an order number of 104-768331-3733832. The Price was $76.97 total, This price included shipping fees.

Within a few days I received my Adapter. A week passed I decided to get my son in law to assist me in hooking up the adapter. We found that it was not receiving signals as required... For On Line gaming with my xbox. We tried to install it several it times, but no luck. We tried to test it for lack of signal retrival. He tested it with my working wirless computer system... No Signal retrival... He took it hme to test it against his known wireless system. It did not receive signal... I emailed Amazon about the lack of working, I emailed the address as to where it came from, I called the phone number that was with my NW (non working) adapter. The person said via email thatr he would need to send it to his supplier... I sent it back via FedEx 12-11 tracking number of 468420015011325 as to track the mateial. I called the phone number and left a message with the answering service... That the adapter had been shipped and gave him the tracking number... So far I have heard nothing from Modder gamer or Amazon.com. I realize I am just a small buyer... However... It is us who make those companies what they are... Believe me... I am not a satisfied customer... Because of the aggrevation it has cost me... My shipping fees were more than the companies were. I want my money back... It is a shame that we have to go threw this... But I say again... I want my money back, $100.00 sounds about right for loosing money... My online charges for xbox...
