Extremely rude, horrible customer service

Supervisor Brian was extremely rude in my experience after I named directly into discover the standing of the lengthy over-due order. He declined to move me to his chef after I questioned him to, he then proceeded to inform me he would stop my purchase after which he hung-up on me. All since I needed to discover if an order I'd positioned together, and had previously taken care of, would be within period for Holiday. It had been such crazy conduct... I am still confused because of it! I can not think he served like this in my experience.
