Monies taken out of my checking account without my authorization

On Nov. 17 i checked me checking account and found that you had taken out 2.97 which i had authorized, you also took out 19.49,57.61, and a 1.61 which i did not authorize. I called three times to complain hoping i could get this settled before i put a complaint charge with my bank. Two times I was told the monies would be put back in which you did not. I live on a very tight budget and would never have authorized it to be taken. I hope this matter will be taken care of.
