Jim Caposieno, Misrepresented signing of contract, falsely represented products available, used unprofessional tactics to persuade consumer, sued consumer and collected money for no servise

Was approached by a representative who claimed to be able to fully side my entire house, and guaranteed me that "he would make sure that the insurance company " approved of it. After approval of only part of the house by insurance, was told I had to make up the rest of the money.
After an inquiry, was told that the siding that was originally presented to me and matched my current siding, was unavailable, but other products were available.
Told the owner that I was told I could have what I requested. Representative was sent out, again, with new samples that still did not match. He became beligerent in my kitchen and yelled at me "You are unresonable, Lady"
Just before christmas, was called and threatened that if I did not sign the contract to complete the work, I would be sued. Said I would be happy to work with them if they provided me with the product I requested.in addition, it was winter and that I would be glad to work with them in the spring.
Was contacted in the spring and tried to set up several appointments to meet with them. Continually company missed appointments, one because of sick child at home.
Said I was still willing to work with them, if they would work with me. A few months later, was sent a threatening letter from their "attorney" suggesting that I would be sued if I did not comply with their contract.
Lastly, went to court and just to get rid of them, had to pay in excess of 1,500 for absolutely nothing but trouble.
This company.in my own opinion, was not looking out for the consumer, but, for themselves.in this economy, who walks away from a 17,000 job to collect money for no work done whatsoever.
