AT&T Misleading promos and interest free loans

I subscribed to internet service through a promotional that a third party told me about after starting a new energy service. The original price was $47.95 but the promo was $19.95. So for half off I figured it to be a reasonable deal. After an electronic debit was established I received my bill and once the amount of $68.09 was debited from my account I called to see about my credit. I was transfered 4 times. First off that is poor customer service and I am not pleased with the quality of the upgrade. Secondly, if a 10,000 people pay this amount for their bill the hold your money for three months in a high yeilding interest account (6,809, 000) * 11% they have just made a lot of money. Its time for the crap to stop. Congress where are you? I can be charged late fees out the ying yang yet if my tax bracket goes up (or down in their case) then the rules for holding other peoples money hostage change. There are a number of other internet providers out there. Do not allow ATT to use promotions or third parties to swindle you out of your hard earn money while they get an interest free loan at your expense. *FYI It even says to notify ATT of bill discrepancy within 60 days of receiving your bill but the email reply I got back syas I will get a credit after my third billing cycle which gives their 60 day policy no bearing*
