I own a rental property in Northport FL and have been working with a Property Manager (William D Seigler Jr - Port Charlotte FL) for 2 1/2 years. He has collected the rent for the past 4 months from my tenants and has to date, not passed on back to me. I have the 4 bank statements that he indeed deposited the funds into his bank account. I have been trying in vain to contact him over the past 6 weeks via certified letters, email and voicemail. He owes me $3000.00 and I want my money back. This is a real financial hardship for us as I'vd had to take my son's college money in order to pay the mortgage for the bank.
