Net Speed Hosting
Unauthorized Charge

Miscellaneous

My bank notified me of an unauthorized charge by this company which resulted in my account being closed. I spent an entire day attempting to get a hold of this company to find out what the charge was for. Eventually aftering being disconnected five times I spoke with a Matthew who never explained what the charge was for. He keep mentioning "wouldn't I like to have a home business". I told him "no" I worked two jobs, and he replied wouldn't I like to replace one of them in which I replied "no" again. It is funny that at this same time my college sent letters to students advising of theft of personal information and they are located in Phoenix not far from Tempe. When I advised Matthew of this he advised I would have to write to the email address of: supervisor@esupershops.com to get a refund. That was two weeks ago and I still have not heard back even after a follow-up email. This is a scam and I do believe they are tied in with possible theft of student records from the University of Phoenix.
