Refund for non-shipment of vehicle has not been received

Miscellaneous

I paid $2,100 to have my truck shipped to Homer, Alaska on August 5. The truck was not shipped and I have not received my refund after four months. Truck was returned to my Penryn address after Freddy was told if the truck was not received in Homer in two days, it would be listed as a stolen vehicle. He repeatedly said he was 400 miles away, would be there the next day, etc. This was on September 12. On September 12 my truck was returned to Penryn. I was still in Alaska waiting for it. Numerous contacts have been make thru Camosa and Fortunefi 5 Productions.in spite of email to Carmosa that my money would be refunded, I am still waiting for the check. There are California addressed on the internet.
