Ttuck was not shipped to Ak and refund has not been received

Arrangement made with Carmoza LLC in Florida on August 4 to have my truck shipped to Homer, Alaska. Contacted by Keith Goble of Carmoza saying a trucker was in my area and would be leaving August 5 and would take transport truck to AK in four days and gave name of Freddy Perez. I checked back with Carmoza and they said he was bonded and licensed. Truck was picked up in Auburn, Ca on August 5 and the driver was paid by check $2.100.00. Two hundred dollars had been paid by credit card to Carmoza for their fee. Many excuses for why truck did not arrive.- broken down in Canada, 800 miles from Whitehourse, will be delivered in two days, etc. I texted him that unless my truck was received in two days, I would contact the authorities as a stolen vehicle. The next day, September 13, my truck to found in the driveway of my home in Penryn. I was told there would be a full refund of my money plus compensation for the delay and extra expenses. Contacted by a "Mike Price", his boss, during this process, saying he was checking on Freddy and would contact me every four hours to check his progress and give me a time of delivery. This did not happen. I told Freddy via text that I needed the truck so I could take my son's ashes to the ovean on 9/8/10. Brian was murdered in Alaska in 2008 while saving the life of a child. The attorney and conservator were not fulfilling their duties re the estate so I went to Alaska to check on the status. He assured me the truck would be there in time for me to place his ashes in the ocean per Brian's request. Freddy was contacted by my sisters and daughter when I could not reach him. He kept talking about the dead spots in Canada and Alaska so I had them try to reach him, which they did. I was contacted by a Mike Johnson from Fortunefi Productions while I was in Ak and was told a check was being mailed to my home in Penryn. As of this date, November 1, no check has been received. I had to replace the tools that were on the truck which were going to be used to finish Brian's house, was hospitlized for three days with a stress caused problem per the doctors. I have not yet found out how much the expenses will be to cover the additional medical charges. I had to obtain a vehicle for use while I was in Ak. I was unable to have the jobs finished on the house due to the delay. Every conversation I had with Freddy was just lies. I do have the date and text/phone messages I received. These were emailed to Carmoza per their request. I would like compensation for the money paid to ship the truck and the additional expenses involved. I would also like to alert the public that this company is not to be trusted. Because I am 75, I guess he thought I would not proceed with the charges. Wrong!
