Never delivered

I requested An Innovative Thoughts trimmer from Leticia in June which is today Dec with no trimmer! Our check was banked in September and that I received numerous emails from Leticia from September to Sept detailing the trimmer was on back-order and he or she might deliver it asap. Our last two emails in March along with a telephone concept in Nov were never responded to. I'm truly disappointed. Our prior purchases through her were good. Unsure why she flaked. I'm likely to the Greater Business Office website next!
