Xceptional Funding Corp ripoff, work from home data entry scam Midland TX

Company offers telecommuting data entry positions. They require you send a security deposit of $24.99 for the training packet which they state will be refunded in your first bi-weekly paycheck. Ha!

I used the method of payment they suggested (www.qchex.com) I submitted the check on 11/4, they printed on 11/17 and it cleared my account on 11/21. The last response I have from them is 11/20 stating "Our senior executives have just passed a new policy that protects our interests. As a result, we cannot send the training materials until each check has cleared our bank. Additionally, there will be a charge of $25 for returned checks."

I've sent several emails since then with no response. I've also left messages on their phone. They never answer it and never return phone calls.
