Pyramid scheme takes advantage of others, data entry/typist home based business

Secure Electronic entry posting internet ads for open positions for data entry/typist. Believed it to be a scam & attempted to find out more information but agreed to 'wire' a small amount of $18 to get the training materials to get started. They did take my money, only to find out the training materials are doing the exact thing they are doing - posting fake ads for non-existent positions & making money by taking applicant's 'initial' fee for signing up. I should have known never to pay money to start a job, in fact, I did know this but sounded legit & small amount.
