Total ripoff!

I purchased a jawbone 2 from n1 wireless. It was used and did not work! Would not charge or pair with my phone and one button was broken! I called them and was given the runaround and left on hold forever. Do not buy from them! Total waste of money! They never tell you that the product is used!
