Missing files, unfinished work

Virus problem. Nov 17 -tampa

It took 3 appointments for Yeico Jaramillo and his partner Rafael to correct my PC problems which some were also created it because they didn't installed the right copy of WINDOWS after removing the virus and backing up my files. They left me with missing files, no sounds and other unfinished PC repairs, Unfinished work!

I remember Rafael telling his partner Yeico Jaramillo that he didn't bring the right Windows CD but said they will find ways to do it and continue their work but... After few days they computer freezed up again. If I knew what they where doing I would have suggested to come back next day with the RIGHT WINDOWS copy. I told them from the start I did not have the Windows CD. Yet when they messed it up they tried to blame me and charge me more money, I didn't give them more money. They had to come the 2nd time to install the GENUINE WINDOW COPY but didn't finish their work because they didn't bring the back up files: My documents, My business & family pics, my favorites and others so they had to come back a 3erd time, after they left I checked these folders but they are EMPTY. This time they left upset because they had problem making the sound card driver work, they gave up on it! Yeico didn't even said goodbye, just left. Unbelievable!

I stll have some problems with my PC., I had sent them 3 e-mails but they had refused to do it right, they have ignored my 3erd e-mail completely. I met them thru Facebook, Yeico sounded knowledgeable and I believe him. They had removed their Facebook Page recently.

Forgot to mention they showed up late for the last - 3erd apointment it was set for mid afternoon, instead only one showed up after 6pm, Yeico joined Rafael after 7:30pm to help. I had to call them several times or I believe now they were not going to show up at all or call. Hope noone else go thru the nightmare I went with them. I lost a lot of time and agravations waiting, calling and dealing with them. I endure lost of time, agravations and had to re-scheduled business appointmens.

Their color business flyers shows they charge $50 for a LONG list of repairs including recovery and back up. They charged me $60,00 instead. Because... They gave me an excuse, I paid them, I just wanted them to fix the problems. Have proof of the e-mails and check if necessary. Very bad experience.
