We live in Ozark, Al and have used your restraunt in th due to the past but stopped due to the quality of the food. About 6 months ago we tried it once more. Again it was unsatisfactory, we ordered the slidders. They arrived cold, the buns were harduth. We left, food uneaten. Several days ago we tried it once agfood ain with our son and his family. (2 children 1 1/2 and 5 years old). We were given a booth, we sat so low from worn out seats we asked for a table. After being suffled around we arrived at a tAble next to the bar, loaded with loudmouths. The table wobbled badly, the chairs were cramped ina corner, we were vertiualy stuck. The food berriesarfrived: avacoda/spinich dip with chips which were severly ransid and oilynedable. Our daughter=in=law had a salad with strawberries which were soft and mushey. The waitress was told and she said she would tell the manager. Never heard or saw the manager or anyone else. The waitress was great and apoligzed. We definately have made our last visit to the Ozark, Al Applebees. We do indeed frequent the Dothen, Al restraunt and have never a complaint. We have become familair with the GM Brooke and Asst Mgr Justin. They are in constant circulation checking if every thing is satisfactory, correcting on the spot. Ozark needs restocking of its management. We would like to use the Ozark location since it is 1/2 mile from the house, rather than drive 22 miles to eat. John W. Schwegler johnnsmokey@yahoo.com
