HR Manager Sneaky HR Manage

I would like to report the most horrible practice of an open door policy. I always though that when you needed someone to talk to within your company it would stay between you and your manager or HR representative. The HR manager at ICS Merrill has to be worst person ever when comes to telling others your business.

All I would like to say is I am sorry to the people who has had this happen to them and to those who have not, keep your issues to yourself and speak about it to a close personal friend. Obviously no one, with the exception of Dave Merrill, can go to higher management when they need help with personality issues.

To Denise Stephens I say shame on you and you will one day find that keeping your mouth shut may keep things like this from being published. And that one day you may piss off one of ICS Merrill's future biggest clients!!
