Anne Marie refusal to pay the insurance of the broken box! With no explaination!

Case # 9180898. I am a small antique business. But i do have a store in ebay too, So far in the last 2 years i have shipped more than 1200 parcels all over the world. On the 7-10 i shipped a large jewelery box to California. Trucking # CX 429 223 226 CA. After a while i have received an email from my client Saying exactly this "I don't know if the box can be fix or not. I won't be able to find another one like it! They must have knoked around. Etc. Etc. I was asked by the post office to submit all the proofs, receipt and all the other pertaining papers. Which i did. And still have the original copies? I received a letter from Anne Marie saying this: The parcel received in our office does not bear any indication of damage to the external packaging and therefore, would indicate that the shipment was not damaged during the course of mailing.in light of the above i cannot offer you compensation to this claim. Anne marie Would not call back after i left 5 messages. Even after she came back from her holidays? I find her very unprofessional that she does not even care to explain or at least call back. My client may have change the box. May be at customs. What do i know. All i know is that this is not my first parcel to pack. I do on average about 10 a week if not more? And nobody is going to tell me that what i packed wasn't good, because i do it all myself. This parcel had 3 layers of buble than 0.1/2" thick plus the box.in order for the box to break it must have either dropped very hard, because that was a strong box?
