Keyon charged my card after i canceled their service then refused to reimburse me. I canceled them as my internet providers because my internet was down at least a week of every month.in my experience they have very poor customer service and technical support. Their grand junction keyon is the worst company i have ever done business with and i regret the day that i signed up with them. They have taken moneys from me and have not provided service. I am the most upset that a company can get away with that.
