Damaged Gutter Helmet System

Monterrosa Home Improvement Company replaced the roof on my home and during the process damaged the Gutter Helmet System that is designed to keep guuters clear of leaves. This voided my warranty on the Gutter Helmet System causing me to have to replace the system. I sent a demand letter to Mr. Monterrosa requesting that he or his insurance company reimburse me for the cost of replacement. The contract with Mr. Monterrosa reflected a five year warranty on workmanship.
