Poor Service/Poor Food

My daughter and I went through the drive through and we had to wait for 10 minutes to get our food and that was only after I had gone in to complain about it. When we did get our food it was cold and the fries where not done. I also ordered a whopper with no mayo and when I got home to there was mayo on my whopper. When I got home to call to say how my visit was - they did not give me back my receipt after I went in to complain about how long it was taking. So it was very difficult to call them to say how my visit was.
