I have been going to this business for years but I will NEVER go back! I politely asked for a fresh batch of french fries being as the ones I recieved were cold, the man behind the counter replied "well we just made those they shouldn't be cold but if that is what you want; fine". I also politely requested that I also get the Jr. Whopper I ordered instead of the Whopper I recieved, he looked at the receipt and said "Mam you ordered a Whopper I can't just give you a Jr. Whopper" (I was stunned, it never occurred to him that it was their mistake and not mine) So I replied "well that is NOT what I ordered" He came back at me with a very nasty attitude and said angrily "Well you can't just expect me to throw this Whopper away, throw away money and give YOU a Jr. Whopper because you can't eat it" Then it was my turn to be angry and after I finally decided to defend my position in the matter... He put his finger in my face and jumped over the counter at me. This man was totally unprovoked but in the end I got my Jr. Whopper, the french fries were still cold (same batch), and I still ended up paying for the whopper! Turns out the man wasn't just any worker, he was the owner. I will not support this business, if he treats his customers this way, how does he treat his workers?
