Ripoff

I receved a card from CCA and all I had to do was call in and activate the card. They told me that it would cost me $199.99, but that I would receve a $200 voucher to use from there catalog.

My credit limit was $6500 and when I call to activate they told me that I would get $2000 more for calling that day. They told me that they would let me break up the activation fee into two payments and that it would come directly out of my checking account. So I agreed.

I tried to call them to tell them that I wouldnt have the money in my account on the day that I told them it would be there and I talked to some one that told me that I had to have the money there because there was nothing that I could do about it. And if I had any questions that I needed to call the benefits number and talk to someone there.

I told him that there was never an answer and that I had never been able to talk to any one. Well they took the money and now they are sending me a paper telling me that they are taking more money for things that I never agreed to and I still havent been able to talk to a real person.
