Charged $130.41 Without authorization

I received a message via a pop up screen on my computer that stated I was eligible to receive a free laptop computer if I completed a survey. I provided alot of personal information. Somehow within this survey I unknownly agreed to try some cosmetics at no charge to me. I received a package in the mail and not knowing what it was I contacted the company that shipped it. The product was not touched nor even opened and they would not allow me to return it.instead they billed me $130.41 for this free sample. There is absolutely no way I agreed to this. End result I have a charge of $130.41 I did not agreed to that they refuse to credit even if I return unopened product.
