I answered a survey while banking and was offered a bottle of their product for $5.99 shipping for participating in the survey. I paid the shipping and received the product on June 28. On July 7 I saw that my credit card had been charged $105.00 for the product.

I called the company and was told that I had agreed to the conditions, although I don't remember reading any conditions, and that I had to pay it. I checked the website and saw a guarantee of 30 days so I called again and asked for a RMA# to return the product. Apparently I agreed to a 14 day guarantee. I said the company charged me in less than 14 days after I received the product and how could I try it when it was in the mail. They said I agreed to contact them if I didn't receive it in 3 days and I didn't contact them so again, it was my fault. Finally, because I was quite aggressive, they agreed to cancel my account, yes it is automatic shipping, and return 50% of the price. This company has everything covered and their product is crap. So if this happened to you, call them, cancel your account or you will be billed again and again and drive them crazy. You will still be out at least half of the money.
