US Mortgage Funding
We were charged $1750.00 to help modify our loan. After 7 months BAC states they have not heard from them. BAC is now going to forclose on our home of 28 years

We contacted US Mortgage Funding to help us refinance our home to a more a manageable amount. We were doing this because of my husbands need for high cost medicines.

They told us it would cost $1750.00. Which was paid in two installments. They advised us not to make a payment on our loan as that would nullify what they were doing.

They only kept in contact with us by e-mail. Phone calls from us were never answered. I would usually only get an e-mail if I got angry and sent an aggressive e-mail. Then they would send one back saying everything was going as planned. I have kept all the e-mails I received and sent.

Bank of America has kept sending letters about foreclosure and these were e-mailed to US Mortgage Funding.

Today, Nov. 17, BAC called and told us that they did not know that there was a third party involved in the process of refinancing. BAC also stated that at this time our loan is not looking good for refinancing.

When I tried to contact USFunding again that is when I discovered that they have been turned in for rip-off.
