Primesource funding Fraudulently tripled my income to get my refinance loan approved

In Primesource funding fraudulently tripled my income to get my refinance loan approved. I never stated or signed anything verifying that my income was what they stated it was for my loan to be approved. Waiting for 3 Months to hear from the loan officer.
Getting delinquent on my C. Cards and House pymt. Because the L. O stated to make minimal pymts and not worry about my mortgage, since he put in for a pay off. (because it took 3 months it cost my $15,000.00 more on my pay off.

The day of colsong there were 2 mortages, One I didnt know of. I called L. O to ask why after I signed the First papers. He didnt know, had to look into it. Told me "oh, that. Just sign the 2nd set and I will work on getting it fixed." I told him that I could not afford this. I was already going to be making a payment of $680.00 (that included debt) and that was up from my original mortgage of $550.00. I could Not afford a 2nd payment of $190.00. L. O informed me it would be ok. So, I signed.

I tried for 9 months to reach L.O. And when I did, he stated he was busy and would get back to me. When he did, he called my home when he know I was at work. (He knew all my number!!!) To find out also, he didnt include all my debt and my payment were Higher!

I am financially screwed by the loan officers action. I was paying $1000.00 combined mortgage and still paying my debt. Note* my taxes yearly $22,00.00.

Tell me how it is that the Companies can do this and get away with it?

I am fighting to keep my home, because of Primesource Funding.
