I received a weird check in the mail today. It was from Forward Corporate Business in Phoenix, AZ. I am not expecting anything from anyone so I came to the Internet to look up the company and came across this other report. I too have been on a secret shopper list, so I believe this is because of that. I have emailed the secret shopper people and have made them aware of this issue. My check was $2830.00, and from some weird religion or affiliated company that does not exist.
