Rip Off - stay away from this ticket service. They do not live up to expectations. I paid $40 for parking at an event and never recieved the parking permit. Everytime I contacted them they said it would be delivered 48 hrs prior to the event. Needless to say I had to pay an additional $40 to park at this event. Poor customer service and customer satisfaction. Stay away!
