I have the VM - that is rude, untrue and actually the guy is a jerk was from day one. This branch had a WONDERFUL branch manager - that became preg and left. I can't imagine anyone rent from this Andy guy. I will NEVER use Aaron's again. After using their company since 1990, in Columbus, OH they were great! After using them in Lawrenceville, GA using them in Canton, GA (they were great) and then here in East TN (Athens) I WILL NEVER USE THE COMPANY AGAIN... Sorry... PS - I also will severe ties with this company from the Prom Ministry 2011 (www.cccathens.org) go to left side click on prom ministry - go to page and you will see this stores information. We are on multiple stations, on national TV and I took this store along for the ride... Sorry - its time you "stop" getting the free coverage... Due to your branch manager's behavior...
