Ask to be paid, i paid now my members cant get on site and they will not answer my question

I belong to grou. Ps site since sept 09, was told i would never have to pay for site but 3 weeks ago was told we would have to pay, i had no issues on payiong but then when i did i can llog back on to my site but my members cant, ask why not and i hear nothing back from the people running it so im thinking they just wanted my money but they will do nothing to fix the site like before.
