Applied via facebook about Cambridge Who's Who for Professional Women. Scammed $1700 from me

I applied to Cambridge Who's Who in Professional Women via facebook. Conversations were recorded. However, on the phone and when I was preoccupied I agreed to sign up for a lifetime membership @ $700, then $200 was applied to that, then another $200 a month later for reasons unknown. Finally called me a month later to verify my profile and told me my membership required another $900 for 5 books & a plaque. Feel I was conned and roped. Plan to use my senior citizen status to verify my vulnerability.
