Unsatisfactory customer service

I had a sour experience when i visited ur KWT Store today Charmaine Prins was one of the cashiers at the money market dept what she did was to continue helping two clients who did not wait in the queue whilst there were people including me who waited to be served for over 30minutes worst of all when i confronted her she did not show any remorse instead she told me that it was not her job to look out who is on the queue and who is not and that it was my responsibility to look out for a queue i work with clients everyday and she is definitely not a disciplined professional and i am not looking forward to my next visit.
