Director of Surgery Deadbeat father, owes child support

RJD and I had a thirteen year intimate relationship and he fathered a child with me. Despite all efforts, and I have tried, he has not helped me at all support this child. He makes a lot of money in his profession, has status, and I have fallen on hard times and asked for some support in this matter. I also requested medical history. He has never responded to me regardless of what I have done. I would like to see him exposed as a philandering misogynist and not as the noble surgeon he appears to be. He deserves to give financial support to this child even if he does not want to take part in the child's life.
In the past, he said to "leave things as they are" and then he disappeared from my life.

He is now divorced and has a new life and I am barely making ends meet, in debt, and a single parent. I would like to be repaid for part of the cost of parenting.
