Con Edison

This is in regards to an estimated bill from ConEdison in the amount of $505.00 and actually $610.00 unfairly imposed with the excuse that the landlord did not provide access to the meeter reading. I closed my business last May and re-opened on January 15 after having this account for 20 years. ConEdison charged me $240.00 deposit on February, made me pay every single month estimated bills. Also stated that I did not pay my last bill which is not true because when I called to disconnect, on May I paid the last bill. Please help me lower such amount since this small business is too slow and cannot affor this abusive charges. I only have a computer and celing lights, florescent durin ghe sammer I only had an insufficient small air conditioner energy saver. Your help will be appreciated.
