Unsafe living conditions - mold, etc

For about 6 weeks daughter and fiance have tried to bring new apt up to code. Owner/manager lies, saying 'no problem, we'll fix everything' 'mold? We take it very seriously!' (nevermind that we all have breathing problems after being there just a few minutes!) How can they DARE to leave a place empty for YEARS, then fill it with brand new appliances saying they 'fixed' everything!!! LEAKY air conditioner! MOLD in kitchen and hallway from previous leaks - the black gunk is in plain sight - 'Oh no, we've take care of that!!!' is the response. That is nothing but a bald-faced LIE!!!
