I ordered, by phone, 2 FIXIT PENS, to remove scratches from my car. When order was received, 3 additional items were included that were not ordered, The price for 2 FIXIT PENS was $19.95, but upon receiving the order, the price was $50.00! By sending the unordered items, this made the shipping & handling $30.00. To resolve the problem I only want the 2 FIXIT PENS period!
