Home Loan Modificaton

Filed for modification Nov BAC packet was sent to me, Info was completed informed in March that all info was not sent case was closed. BAC requested that I complete packet again. Completed info again then my case was shifted to several different people I was never informed what was going on no one contacted me. Each time I called to follow up I was informed to allow more time and to keep checking. Waited to do follow up called back info that was left in my file was not given to me only way I knew what was going on is when I called for a follow up. Then I was asked to complete paper work agin this went on and on. Completed paper work 4 times there was never a time that I did not comply with them. Each time I was told to complete paper work again I was told that there was a program that I will be eliigable for. Then whene I followed up I was told that they requested up to date info and I did not send. I knew nothing of this until I did a follow up call. My daughters name is on the loan as well our cridit is all messed u did to all this. Also recieved lnotice of intent to accelerate. I do not want to loss my home. Also files complaint with OFCC Sept. Case #01281246
