They charge my account, with out giveing me a chance declied, and took a 150.00from me

On oct 14 i was going over the Internet, and saw Buylow. Page so i went on it, I was filling out the applicate, so just wanted to see more information, but at one point you have to agree or click on I agree, to go any further, until you click on yes you can go no further. After they have all of your information, is when you find out, that, you have been charge, I was charge a 150.00. When I call them to cancell, they said my money, was non-refundedble. I think it frund because all this should be up in the front, you don, t have a chance declied, once you agree they have you. I think its wronge, So i am asking the att: Gen. Look in to also because, they should not have the right to Rip poeple off and get away with it.
