Complaint about face foundation - dior nude foundation

Dear dior,

I purchased a dior nude foundation in september this year from sephora in dubai.

The foundation has lost its texture from what it was when i purchased it. The liquid is just flowing out of the pump when pressed and some granular bits come along with it.

I have always trusted dior for its quality but now i m concerned and i dont know what to do with it.

I purchased the product from dubai and i stay in oman.

Please help.
