Dear Sir / Marshall University Alumni, I must start by thanking you for the wonderful services you provided me and continue to provide for current and past students of Marshall University. I must also command you for services you provide Marshall University Alumni Associations through which is possible for students to keep in touch with each other to say the least. Again thank you. I write to express my disappointment with Bank of America your predecessor and propraetor of Marshall University Alumni credit card servicers. The following has occurred in past few months that I can not explain.
1. My credit line was reduced from $25,000.00 to $2,800.00, why!
2. My balance was then $2,800.00, why!
3. My new credit line became $2,800 which is same as balance on account, why!
4. My credit APR change from (9.9% to 15.24%) why!
5. I have zero late payment on my Bank of American MUA card
6. I also have zero late payment on other cards that am co-user
7. We also have zero late payment on our American Express
Now, here’s what I don’t understand why my credit line and credit rating was changed by bank of America. I had continued to make my monthly of $200.00 to $500.00 as desired rather then the minima payment of $15.00 to $35.00 regardless. I would appreciate if Bank of America and her management can explain what went wrong that resulted in these changes.
