Sham wow mop - shamwow mop

The shamwow mop is the worst mop I've ever used. The design of the twisting/wringing mechanism is laughable.in addition to that, in less than a year, part of it broke. I have much older mops that are more durable. Bad design, bad product. I really would like my money back.
