Shamwow mop - mop and towels

The worst mop I've ever used. Poor design of the wringing mechanism. Part of the plastic housing is broken, and I can't imagine why. Maybe it fell over when stood up to dry. A mop should be durable, and this one isn't!
I'd really like my money back.
I think the towels are crappy, too because you aren't supposed to put them in the dryer. Really, now. You can't put a towel / rag in the dryer?! I would not have purchased if I'd known that.
They work better wet?! I wouldn't have purchased if I'd known that, either.
