Charged my visa for something i did not want or order and will not refund my acct

I heard a radio ad says call for free cd. I called they said free just need credit card to pay for shipping. I did, then they say it entiles you to 30 days free trial of her program after 30 days i pay 67.00 mo. I said i didnt want it if i had to pay. They still charged me 74.00 twice on my card before i noticed. I called to dispute they refused to take it off. I never logged on i didnt want her program i even told her represenitives twicewhen they called that i didnt want it if they were chargeing me but they still did! Its a scam rip off! I was charged 150.00 for a cd???
