Sweet home improvements and roofing did some work for me and kept asking for money up front

I live in the clarksville area and this guy did some work for me awhile back i got his number out of a paper that i got at a store off the interstate 24. The work was sloppy and had to get someone else to fix it up right. I would call and he or his company does not answer the phone and you leave a message and you hear back from him 3 days later and he would say i just got your message. So a friend of mine stop the other day at the store off exit 24 and she ask me is this the guy that did that work for you and i looked at my paper work and it was the same guy. I seen where he has been turned in to the state of tn for problem contractors. My son called the state of tn and ask them about the problems and it seems he has been reported a bunch of times and also found out he is saying on his ads that he has a license and the state of tn said they have know license in his name or the companys name and said i could file a complaint if i wanted to if not they would take care of it and they said to send them a copy of the paper showing that ad and what license number that was on my paper work. This is the license number he is trying to use 0025468 and they said there was know name of him or his company with that license number. My son is going to carry one of last weeks i 24 exchange to them this week his self in person and my paper work with the fake license number on it. We have to stick together to stop this from happening! Thanks for reading
