Bridgeview Funding or AKA Lawsuit Settlement Funding has a website indicating all types of cases that they lend money for. They solicit all your personal information then once you provide your case information if you have not already settled the case there underwriters will deny your application. There company is misleading and most people are not approved no matter what type of case you have. The only cases that they approve are cases that are already a gaurantee settlement or WIN for them. They take no loss or risk and charges high fee's when you are approved to suck up all your money. This is unfair and money of the so called Advance companies are doing this so I suggest people reading this do their homework on the lending company first. If they have rip off / scams under their name dont use them. Lastly, most of these so called lending / advance companies are the middle man and do not approve your loan. They are commission based people who are trying to make a dollar.
