Elite Saleman uses deceptive tactics to get elderly people to switch services, impersonates family members to further his fraudulent attempts

A salesman from Elite came unannounced to my house and used fear tactics to convince my elderly mother that he was working for her existing home security system to upgrade outdated equipment.in fact he was working to switch her to another home security system.in the process he called the existing home security provider, and using the information taken regarding her account, impersonated her son to supposedly call and verify that the existing security provider was aware of the situation. Again, he impersonated the son and did not inform the existing security provider of the situation.

The salesman did not leave the proper paper work with my mother regarding the contract, the switchover, or any other pertinent details.

The salesman took 2 voided checks from my mother and now I'm afraid of unauthorized transactions on her bank accounts as a result.

The "new" system was installed later that night and the next day. The installer took the old equipment and left. That equipment does not belong to Elite and must be returned; it is needed to restore service with the security service provider.

I've spoken with the "new" home security provider, Guardian, and have filed a complaint with them. I've also contact the owners of Elite as well as the customer service supervisor and have not received a suitable resolution to this fraudulent situation.

I see two main infractions:

1. Fraudulent misrepresentation and preying on an elderly woman, using scare tactics. 2. Impersonating another person in order to influence a switch to another service.
