Rude unacceptable behavio

I had made an appointment to get advice on a subject that this company specializes in. I admittedly was 10 minutes late for my appointment and when I got there, you could see the fury on Roberts face. I should also point out that for an hour of MY time this company charged me $150.00. I was more than willing and wanting to accept the loss of the 10 minutes as it was my fault and only keep the appointment for the remaining 50 minutes. I explained this to Robert, however, he was not accomadating whatsoever. We tried discussing business as scheduled but he was so irate that I had to walk out. This company came highly recommended to me but clearly, their employees do not know how to retain civilty and professionalism.
