Owner cherly did not install all parts and was charged for them still went back and would not fix my truck

I took my 2003 f250 4x4 down to get worked on from a worker there name bow who is no longer there due to not completing is job so was fired i found out when i returned to them about my truck was not completed i looked under my truck and u-joints were not put on so ask why said yes we did said no they wernt so went out side showed him they wernt he said oh i forgot so went back in told cherly she told him to put on off the clock i said no weres my parts he pulled them out from under nether in is tool box just got back and ask for refund on the amount was charged for putting on u-jonts gave me back money she looked at me like ot was me that did some thing wrong here because i got my money back and took truck else were to put on u-joints now my truck is making some sound so i took back to ajtires again worker came out to look at it said it dont look right bring it back tommrow at 8.00 am said ok but called me and said is boss cherly said they could not work on it because they had a issie with me before i said what the issie was there fault not me put my parts all on next time no one will come back with issies so any ways i took to a shop to see what the sound was it is the hub bearing that was to be replaced and was not so now i went to her on this weres my hub bearing if was not put on did not want to talk to me thats not good customer service so i need my truck fixed and no hub bearing to put on has same one truck came with it on other side is new changed that one only why not other side so becareful to get work done at ajtires and onwers are not nice at all bad customer service to so think before u go to them no good people so i need to know what i can do to get my part back and get my truck fixed thanks to all who will help
