I did the "free poster" offer from wozo & it said all you hadto pay was the $0.99 shipping. I was a little leary of it, but after readingthrough everything i possible could on there site & what they provided mewith at checkout I could find nothing wrong nor
anything that said i would be charged further. No where did i see that itwas a trial account & that if i did not cancel within a set amount of daysthat i would be charged a monthly fee. I still have not recieved themerchandise I ordered from them. I went and looked online to see if it was a scam and i came up with tons of people whohave had this exact thing happen to themand i also noticed that has all been very recent incidents that have occured, by recent i mean within this month. Like I previously stated I have emailed them multiple times since I found the charge to my account& only just today when i emailed them again did i get an answer. I alsocalled on Monday to the number on their site and got a guy named James who wasvery rude to me about the whole situation and told me that "it was a trial account if you do notcancel within 4 days we charge you the fee of $29.99, you can not get a refundbecause your 4 days are over, they ended on thursday." when he kepttelling me all of this I told him I read everything and that no where did it say anything like this and when hebtought up my days being over I told him I was not aware of it until I saw thecharge to my account on Friday, but they were already closed before I couldcall and that they are closed all weekend so that I could not possibly call until Monday*the day I was talkwith him*. I had already contact a Suntrust Representative who told me to talkto them and if they refused to open a dispute once the money charge to myaccount had cleared and was no longer pending, so I told him just that, "no matter what if this isnot handled here then I am opening adispute with my bank to not accept thecharge or any future charges." he told me that he didn't care and to goright ahead and do it. I talked with a Suntrust Representative today as the charge cleared my account sometimelast night after I last checked it and started this dispute. I was able to getan account cancellation number from Wozo through email thankfully, but before Igot it I had called the number the representative gave me which was completely different than theone on the site and I was able to talk to a nice young lady named April who washelpful and said even though she could not do anything herself besides cancelaccount, because I had asked for acancellation number, she would have a higher up get back to me with it as soonas possible. Once I got off the phone I checked my email again and I had theconfirmation number.
