Checked my bank account today and saw a charge for 29.99 from a company called WOZO. What/Who the heck is Wozo?
I looked them up online and got a phone number. I called and asked what the heck? The man that I spoke with said that he had an order placed for a poster under my name, my address, NOT my email. He said that he would go ahead and cancel my order but he couldn't do anything about the charges because he can't verify that it wasn't me that placed the order. He gave me the IP address of the computer that made the order and said to contact my bank and they would be able to investigate and finf the name and address of the person who did place the order.
My bank pretty much laughed at me. They are a bank, not a PI! Now, I am out the money AND have to pay overdraft fees!!! This just isn't right!!!
